Taiz emergency Intervention Program

Under Sustainable Development Goals 2 (Zero Hunger), 3 (Good Health and well-Being), and IYCY’s goals of providing Food Security, the team carried out interventions to mitigate the situation of the communities in Taiz during the aftermath of war and violence. The Emergency Intervention Program was implemented by IYCY with the strong intention of reaching out to people in conflict and hard-to-reach areas in the districts of Taiz governorate and meeting their needs in all aspects of Food Security and Nutrition. The IYCY provided packaged services for food security while turning greater attention to the Internal Displaced People and to those sheltering in areas of conflict.
