Sana’a Emergency Food Program

When the need for food security surfaced again at Al Asimah in June 2016, IYCY took swift action in accordance with Sustainable Development Goals 2 (Zero Hunger) and 3 (Good Health and Well-Being). Large populations continued to suffer from terrible hunger, while small children remained malnourished. IYCY launched a quick initiative to provide comprehensive food security packages to afflicted and vulnerable households, providing them with considerable relief from long-term hardship.
