IYC Sri Lanka Team met Canadian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka and Maldives.

The IYC Sri Lankan team along with IYC Executive Director Mr. Sadham Dhikran Zarjahan met with the Canadian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka and Maldives, H.E. David McKinnon.

Key highlights previous projects of IYC Sri Lanka Chapter were presented at the event, and discussions on the priorities of local communities took place in order to design future programs.

IYC has also started the UNESCO's Futures of Education Initiative globally and a pilot project of Women Empowerment Program for victims of domestic violence in Sri Lanka.
